Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using poshpinkmarketing.com or engaging the services of Posh Pink Marketing you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use this website or my services.

2. About Posh Pink Marketing

Posh Pink Marketing is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Tara, based in Mason County, Washington. I provide digital marketing consulting and design services to small businesses.

3. Services

Posh Pink Marketing offers the following services:

  • Social Media Management

  • Logo & Brand Design

  • Email Marketing

  • Ad Campaign Management

  • Website Design

  • Content Creation

  • Flyer & Print Design

  • Trade Show Prep

  • Google Workspace Setup

  • General Marketing Strategy & Consulting

  • Document & Print Refresh

All services are subject to a signed agreement and approved proposal before work begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • My standard hourly rate is $85.00 per hour

  • Monthly package pricing is outlined in individual proposals

  • A Project Initiation Retainer of $400 is required for new clients

  • Invoices are issued via Wave and are due within 14 days of the invoice date

  • Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly fee

  • A 50% deposit may be required for larger project-based work

5. Contracts & Proposals

  • All client engagements require a signed Marketing Consulting Services Agreement

  • Work will not begin until the agreement is signed and any required deposit is received

  • Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued

  • Scope changes must be agreed upon in writing before additional work begins

6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice

  • Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Completed work that has been delivered is non-refundable

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon receipt of full payment all custom work created for the client becomes the property of the client

  • Posh Pink Marketing retains the right to use completed work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • All content, logos, and materials on poshpinkmarketing.com are the property of Posh Pink Marketing and may not be used without written permission

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information needed to complete the work

  • Responding to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner

  • Ensuring they have the legal right to use any materials provided to Posh Pink Marketing

  • Reviewing and approving all work before final delivery

9. Revisions & Approvals

  • The number of revisions included is outlined in each individual proposal or contract

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the standard hourly rate

  • Once final approval is given and files are delivered the project is considered complete

10. Confidentiality

  • Posh Pink Marketing will keep all client business information strictly confidential

  • Client information will not be shared with any third parties without explicit written consent

  • This obligation continues for two years following the end of our working relationship

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Posh Pink Marketing's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim

  • Posh Pink Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Results from marketing services cannot be guaranteed as they depend on many factors outside of my control

12. Disclaimer

  • The content on poshpinkmarketing.com is for general informational purposes only

  • Marketing results vary and cannot be guaranteed

  • Posh Pink Marketing is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided on this website

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Mason County, Washington.

14. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
